About the event
Do you have a financial plan for your future that includes investments?
Investing is a great way to make passive income, but there are many aspects of investing that can seem mystifying. If you are interested in starting an investment portfolio but not sure about next steps or assessing risks, come join this workshop! This workshop will cover basic types of investments (stocks, bonds, securities, real estate, index funds, and more), risk management, interest rates, and other considerations to think about before diving in. A live Q&A session will be included to ask questions in a judgement-free setting. FREE LIGHT LUNCH for students who register by noon the day before the workshop.
